Refreshing design of my main RPG character’s outfit. He’s my first RP character, so it was a looooong way with correcting all fails and making things “reasonable” around him - I actually imported him from Morrowind, just as I played, level 57 Telvanni, Morag Tong member and an Ashlander. Thanks to our Game Master, and my friend, Shagan, this character evolved  from complete Mary Sue into Kinda Makes Sense. A Telvanni of Ashlanders’ origins, participated in Morag Tong for few years. A Nightblade of some sort, or rather something between a thief and a warlock from D&D - intuitional magic, not requiring incantations, but without ability of learning new schools or spells - he simply learns new ways of using potential which he already has.

And through this evolution, he changed some equipment. He started with a medium armor, a spear, yes, a mage with a medium armor and a spear, long dagger and shortbow. Later, I learned that we have different skill classes in our RP (in original Morrowind darts and throwing knives were in “marksmanship” skill and in our RP they’re “short blades” skill), so I cancelled his marksmanship skill and he was left with a dagger, darts and this damn spear. From all these he used… dagger, few times. He prefers to keep distance (he’s very fragile and delicate, stealthy-mage type, definitely not recommended in melee) and his specialization is fire magic.
That’s why, a year later, thanks to courtesy of GM, I decided to replace his spear skill with marksmanship - and it was a really good choice. And it simply suits him, especially when one of his few hobbies is hunting in the wilds. He had an armor, but almost never used it - it takes time to get dressed up in bonemold stuff - so I replaced it with flexible, light leather armor - one fitting stealthy character.

The problem was, that I just stayed with my habit of drawing him either in robes or in bonemold armor, always carrying a spear. It occured to me some time ago, that I never drew him with equipmnent which he actually carries or wears (come to think about it, lately he was wearing mainly black, but at the moment drawing a black armor is something I’m not willing to do. I tried in previous drawing. I failed. I’ll try again, but not at the moment). So I decided to do so.

His face is… interesting, since I had some difficulties with drawing faces today (especially digitally. But hey, I’m getting better… slowly, but still.) so I tried, and tried and tried, until I made him expression so stupid, that I decided to leave it this way - this face says something like “Stop moving, my soon-to-be dinner!”.
